Nicci: I teach Wellness... Emotional, Physical and Spiritual Wellness. Using EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Matrix Birth Reimprinting, Movement, Poetry and Macrobiotics. With many years experience in studying alternative ways of being for health and wellness. Knowing we all need support in many areas to remember our divine origins I have explored many things which support the journey to wellness. Initially I trained at the Kushi Institute in London in 1981 and my adventures in finding what helps a healthy lifestyle has continued ever since ...using the power of the imagination in retelling our stories and recreating our bodies with energy techniques and delicious, healthy foods: Organic, mostly vegan, Macrobiotic, Raw Living and Ayurvedic Foods.... for a happier, healthier life and a reconnection to the 'I Am' ... whole, healed and holy: A spiritual being in a human experience.
